Quiet, reliable tenant seeking room in Cambridge

Hi,

I’m a reliable long-term tenant looking for a room in Cambridge. I’ve lived happily in my current home for almost 10 years and have always paid my rent on time.

I’m a quiet and respectful person, I don’t play loud music, I don’t have parties, and I really value a calm, peaceful home.

At the moment I’m taking a year out to focus on my writing (which I’ll be doing from my room) and getting back into shape. This means I’ll mostly be keeping to myself during the day, so I won’t be taking up space in the living areas or kitchen.

I’m clean, tidy, and easy-going. I’m looking for a similar relaxed household where people are friendly but also respect each other’s space.

I’m flexible with move-in dates and happy to view at short notice. If you think I’d be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you.
