Room wanted for 20 something female

I am a 28 y/o female looking for a flat or house to share with people who enjoy similar things to myself.

Room-wise, I would like a double bed and a fairly decent sized room. I love music, travel, and socialising. I would like a clean tidy house, but more importantly a household where people are pretty chilled and respectful of one another.

I work hard during the week but that means I would like to come home to a bunch of people to chill out with some evenings and have a chat with over a beverage or two. Weekends, I like to go out, socialise and enjoy what London has to offer. If this sounds ok to you, get in touch! I look forward to hearing from you.

I'd ideally like to stay in the Balham/Tooting/Streatham area because it's close for work.
