Professional man seeks Mon-Fri room near Telford

Professional man seeks Mon-Fri pied-a-terre in or near Telford. I'm a non-smoker and would prefer a NS household. I work normal office hours in the Hadley Castle area. I am starting a new job and need somewhere Mon-Fri, though often it may be less; sometimes only 1 or 2 nights per week depending on work and covid.

I'm clean, quiet and know the business end of a hoover and a dishcloth. I can cook and am used to cleaning up after myself.

My main home is a couple of hours further south; just that bit too far to commute every day, so I'm looking for somewhere that may be 1 or 2 nights while working from home is still a 'big thing' rising to Mon-Thu nights once we all go back to our offices. Business travel and working-from-home means that I am often away some weeknights too.

I'd prefer a house/flat where there's some interaction with the other residents, as long as the interaction doesn't include offensive soap-dodging or KissFM turned up to '11' after bedtime! I don't mind the odd cat; dogs I'm picky about. Anything in a cage/tank/or vivarium is OK. I prefer a house without children.

I need decent Broadband Wi-Fi in the house because I may need to work in the occasional evening.

Hobbies include archery, running, cycling and reading. I do have friends in the Black Country and may be out in the evenings. Although I'll arrive by car, in the week I tend to commute by bicycle so a shed or garage where I could store my bike will make your property more attractive.

I can't supply details of referees but I am a homeowner and can show a mortgage statement and council tax bill from my home.
