Professional Male seeks a Room on behalf of my son

Hi Guys, Im placing this ad on behalf of my son, Ive worked offshore for many years now, most have been down Norwich and Gt Yarmouth so i know the area fairly well.
Im from Durham but currently living overseas.
My son has a apprentership lined up and im looking for him some safe, clean accomadation which will be long term and can be paid 6 monthly up front if its the right place.
Hes very well behaved dosnt smoke and very clean.
