Professional male seeks furnished room

Hi I'm Dave, I'm after a room in Leicester/shire, preferably south or West sides of the city, My current live-in landlord is moving to York for work at the end of June/early July so would like his tenants out by then.
I work as a retail interior designer at Meridian Park, I'm clean and tidy and respect other peoples property as I'm sure my previous landlords will vouch for, I'm very sociable and easy going, I have 3 bicycles, and some boxed up belongings so a garage or out building where I can store these safely would be ideal (see photo of the garage of the home I currently live in)

I like to get out running and cycling (ALOT) and have a good bunch of friends in Leicester I socialise with so i wont just be be sat in the house 24/7.

looking for a spareroom with a home owner ideally, not really looking for big group shares.

I am also in the market for a property of my own so the plan is to buy as soon as the right house pops up.
