Looking for a room in Hampstead / Finchley Pk area

About me, married, non smoker, IT consultant working at warren st, age 63.

I own a property in Hampton Ct but would like a place mid week to avoid the commute (2.5 hours a day when it all works!).

I can work from home on Fri so i'll typically be Mon - Thur. It will be the norm that i'll be using the room for only three nights a week and you wont see a lot of me in the evening as i'll be out enjoying London particularly movies.

I've spareroomed in the past multiple times around the UK and can provide emails for refs (including four ladies).

I prefer staying with just one other person or couple, so not really looking to share with 4 or 5 people.

I'll need a little contract in order to put the rent against tax. Nothing heavy, spareroom have a proforma, or perhaps a simple letter.

I'm a freelancer so my work can be short term (but normally isn't) so looking for a rolling month on both sides.
