Looking for a double room in Waddon/East Croydon

I'm looking for a furnished double room within walking distance of East Croydon station, ideally in the Waddon area, with the intention of moving in from the beginning/middle of May. I'm looking to share with one or two people maximum.

I work in customer services (Pension Protection Fund), from Monday to Friday and mostly at the office which is located around the corner from East Croydon Station. I'm able to provide a security deposit and references.

I consider myself a respectful, friendly, clean, tidy, responsible and cooperative person, I also like to socialise when the time is right, therefore I would like to live with likeminded people.

I would like to point out that I've received all COVID vaccines up to date.
