Professional Male seeks preferably double room

I am a professional male, a young 59 in full time employment as a Credit Controller/Accounts. I am looking for, preferably a double room, I am a clean and tidy individual, I am quite a laid-back person, and easy going, and not afraid of hard work nor house cleaning. I am looking in the areas specified, I am available to move in straight away, and I have a budget to work to. I don't mind sharing with males or females of any age, I have a young outlook on life, I am into my sport, which includes running and light weights, cardio training at the gym.
