Looking for nice, bright place with parking

Hello there,

I'm looking for a double room in a house that's bright, warm, not too rowdy and very clean. If there is a small outdoor space that's even better as I've got a few bits growing.

I'm scouse, vegan and well travelled as an English teacher. I have a masters degree in psychological wellbeing and I work in a full time IT/wellbeing role.

I am very clean, tidy, quiet and mature. I'm moving out of my flat where I pay all the bills, as the landlord needs to do substantial work on the buildings damp course.


I've got a full furnished place here, including all white goods, but can sell up bits and pieces or bring them if needed.
I love pets but don't have any!
