Nott'm lad seeking local house/flat share!

Hello all!

Currently renting in the lace market and have done so in various other city centre properties over the years but my housemate's circumstances have changed leaving me in need of somewhere new rather sharpish. If I can meet new people in the process then what's not to like?

Soooo. I'm 33 and have worked at Experian in town for the past seven years. Hobbies are fairly boyish in that I like my drinking, football, music etc but I also read an awful lot and visit the family at weekends (or when I need some emergency ironing doing) so I'd like to think I'm pretty well rounded and what's more I'm a brilliant chef.*

When flat hunting previously I've always suggested meeting properly for a beer or cuppa early on...first impressions/gut feeling aren't often too far wrong and tell alot more than a few words on here ever could.

Will ramble no more - don't be afraid to throw a Q or two my way and in return do tell me a bit about yourself :)
