Friendly artist in search of cosy house

Hello, I am an artist/designer looking for a room in a cosy house with garden (ideally, or close to a park), in a place where I can enjoy hanging out with my housemates from time to time. I like cats and happy to share a house with one. I also like having plants around and quality of light is important to me.

I am respectful, like to keep things clean and tidy (important for me), and can respect quiet when it’s desired. I am also handy with know-how for building and fixing things. I enjoy art, music, dancing, cooking (I’m vegetarian), parks, pubs, and films.
