Looking for a creative houseshare

Hey everyone!
I'm a 30yo writer looking to relocate from Wales from June onwards – I’m quite flexible with the dates, it just needs to be after 1/6. the more diverse the area, the better! I'm looking to pay no more than £850. i'm also interested in renting whole properties.
I’ll be moving with my 2 cavaliers, Toffee and Pudding so a secure garden (or one I can secure) is a must. They're completely house-trained, VERY friendly and will probably want to curl up on your lap.

I like to socialise, watch movies, a cheeky dabble in arts and crafts, nerd out with a board game and be adventurous and I'm looking to live with like-minded people. I'm pretty laid back and bubbly.

I’d like to live with 3-5 people (but I am flexible with this) with a good bathroom to bedroom ratio.

I'm moving from living in my own flat so I've got some stuff I can help furnish a place with if needed. If not, I’ll be selling it or putting it in storage.

I'm happy to move into an existing flatshare or we can create our own!
