46 Yr Old Female Looking for a Room!

I'm a professional female aged 46, looking for a double room, preferably with bills included in the rent.
I'm available to move either at the end of March, or late April and have a budget of £800pcm.

I work in admin for Bristol University, and I'm looking for a house that's relatively quiet, with positive and friendly housemates!

I'm a creative, teaching myself illustration and enjoy going to life drawing classes ... I go out at the weekends to places like the Exchange and Strange Brew.

I'm very easy to live with, I've lived in dorms in the past at spiritual retreats, temples etc so I'm very conscientious and respectful.

I would like to share with males or females ideally between 30 and 60 years old. I also prefer a live in landlord, but it’s not essential.
