Looking for flatshare/buddy up in Essex

I’m currently looking for a room in a friendly, relaxed household.

I’m a professional working in governance in London, having lived in London for the last 15 years or so, i'm looking to move outside for a bit of a slower pace of life and commute in. I work from home three days a week and commute into London for two office days.
I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a home that feels comfortable and welcoming, and I’d treat it with the same care and respect. I’m friendly and always happy to socialise, but I’m also mindful of people’s space and downtime.

Outside of work I enjoy going for walks, hikes and seeing sites. I’m a big sci fi and fantasy fan and am creative and crafty. I’m hoping to find a nice, friendly home environment with people who value a considerate and easygoing household.
