ISO double room w/ en-suite

Hi, I’m Claire, 37, originally from Nottingham and returning after several years living and working abroad. I’ll be starting my second year of the Graduate Entry Medicine programme with the University of Nottingham.

I’m looking for a professional or postgraduate house share from July onwards, ideally with a spacious double room with an en-suite.

I’ll be studying full-time, so I’ll be out most days on placement/teaching but also need a calm, tidy space to study at home. An outdoor space (garden or terrace) would be a big bonus.

I’m friendly, considerate, and value a relaxed, respectful home environment. I enjoy being sociable (sharing a meal or a coffee), but I’m definitely not a party household kind of person.

Outside of studying, I enjoy yoga (I’m a qualified teacher), running, swimming, hiking, cycling, and spending time in nature. I also love theatre, music, and a good brunch or coffee spot.

Ideally, I’d love to live with like-minded professionals or postgraduates who enjoy a friendly home while also respecting each other’s space and routines.
