Double room in a quiet house share wanted.

I’m looking for a double room to rent in a LGBTQ+ friendly and a quiet house share.

I am Mario, 43, gay and a mental health professional. I work from home, so a good internet connection is crucial for my work.

If you’re looking for a quiet, respectful housemate who doesn’t lead a loud, busy party life, I’d love to hear from you!

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of the property and shared spaces.

I am a smoker, but I would never smoke indoors. I am a cats person, so if you have a cat/s in the house, that’s not an issue.

I travel quite a bit and may be away for a month or 2 months at times. I will, of course, continue to pay my share of the rent.

As for the room, it needs to be large enough for me to work from comfortably. I need space for a desk and chair, and room to move around. A double bed is also a requirement.

I haven’t got a particular location set as I am open to relocating around England for the right house share.
