Friendly 35yr old looking for a place to call home

Hi :)

I'm looking for a relaxed quiet place that I can call home after a year of travelling/backpacking. Ideally with only one other house mate who is a live in landlord.

I'm a friendly and sociable professional who enjoys going out and socialising and equally staying in watching a good film, or taking some time to myself to paint or read a book. I'm relocating after a sabbatical and about to start work in the Environment Agency (remote working but also option to work from the office).

I spend part of the week out enjoying my hobbies such as ceramics, yoga, running/hiking and sometimes dancing and the other evenings I like to chill at home reading, painting or watching a good series. On the weekend I love to be out hiking/running/exploring or adventuring outdoors as much as possible. I'm also a qualified yoga teacher :)

Although I'm independent, it would be lovely to be living in a friendly house share with someone who is open to hanging out together from time to time, having people over for food once in a while, is clean and tidy and up for quiet nights in for a chat, going for a run/walk or equally going to the local for a beer!

I love nature and on my year out did a few thru-hikes and about to hike the west highland way in May and Tour du Mont Blanc in August.
