My name is Callie I am 36 mature working professional (construction)
I have been with the same landlord for 6 years previous and my current landlord, just over a year.
My landlord has announced he has some major structural works to be carried out at the property I currently live at and is emptying the house.
I have 12 weeks to move but looking to move ASAP.

I would prefer to stay in Waltham forest due to ties. Central line access & bathtub are a MUST. My budget is £700/750 Depending on the room/house.

I work from the office Monday to Friday. There may be an odd occasion where I will work from home.
I don't drink. I'm a concerts. Dinner with the girls, odd festival type.
I am a creative and like to make art projects, play guitar (acoustic) and piano. I also sing, rap, read, bake on occasion and watch a little Netflix.
I have a vlog and I'm working on a woman's holistic health project.

I only practice music during reasonable hours out of respect for everyone's life styles.

I am quiet and prefer to keep myself to myself, becasue well... humans. However I am friendly, tidy, respectful and considerate.
I love pets and have no allergies.
