Please Read This Before Contacting Me!!!!...

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING ME!!!!

I will be putting my house up for sale this year. (which takes a long time therefore I am not in a mega rush to move)
I am wanting to move from Leeds to the Chester area as close to the city as possible (as I cannot afford to buy my own place) I am looking to rent a room. Ideally, I would be looking for sharing a place with max of 2 other people. This is because my house is half shared and so I will only get half of the equity.

I am a PA and currently looking for a new PA role in Chester. I am not sure if this means I will be hybrid and may need to work at home, or whether I would be in the office full time.

I am a huge petrol head and formula 1 fan. I love dogs. I have am into hiking, paddleboarding and I love cooking and baking and eating! I enjoy the cinema and live music.

I would need somewhere to work (so strong wifi would be a must) and somewhere already furnished would be great. I am wanting to share with clean and tidy people who respect their homes.

I have a car so I would also need a suitable parking space.
I am looking for somewhere max £700pcm with all bills included.

I want to be as close to Chester city centre as possible
