Wondering if it it's time to be South of the River in that band between Clapham through to Peckham...?

From Yorkshire and been living in East London since 2012. l like a sense of "home" with use of the communal areas. I've done a lot of international travel in the past but the future is mostly about enjoying life in London (and bought a place in Margate in 2018)..

I work from home and travel a lot - Covid aside - I like pubs, cafes, restaurants, art and live music locations or getting out to the country and beaches (car owner).

I'd love a garden or terrace, and west/south facing would be great though a comfortable bed and how well we get along is far more important..

Move date is flexible between December through March, and finding the most appropriate people is important. I can do short let's as well as longer.

If travel becomes possible again in December I'm toying with going to Gran Canaria for 3 months and/or staying in Margate or doing Airbnb in London until everything is less confusing!

No agents / prefer to interact with live in landlords or the housemates please as it's part of getting to know each other (happy for agency references and agreement).

I'm 45 in December.
