Preferably Seeking Flat-Sit

I am seeking most preferably a cheap 1 bedroom flat or small house to rent. However, I know that I'm unlikely to be able to afford this- so failing that, I may consider a flat or house which someone else lives in but they are often or always away/live somewhere else (i. e., a flat/house sitting type arrangement or similar).

Otherwise- absolutely no HMOs- plus all of my stuff wouldn't fit in some tiny single bedroom in a bedsit anyhow- and on this matter I need a large bedroom or there must be some additional large cuppboard or small storage type room in the property I can use. Studios will be too small also.

If all bills are included I may be willing be to pay up to £750 a month total rent but ideally the cheaper the better, and I'm very willing to live somewhere very basic. I am very environmentally conscious and always endeavour to use as little electricity as possible. Also I require at least some form of (free) parking access. If council tax were to be included with bills I'd probably offer £850 per month rent but no more. Wifi strength/speed needs to be reasonable and not poor also.

Looking to move to Nottingham but not in the city centre ,though I will happily consider inner city regions.

I am 35, single, male, not a smoker and I don't have any children or pets etc. Also I am a relatively clean, organised and quiet/boring person (i. e., I certainly won't be throwing any parties lol). I will disclose more information about myself and what I do for work/income privately (I don't really do social media and don't like having information about myself floating around publicly online you see).
