Professional, 35, seeking double room from April

Hello there! My name is Ilaria, I'm 35 and I'm looking for a room in a fun and quiet flat share starting from April 2026.

I'm looking for a clean, friendly household with a room available for single occupancy. I'm sociable and outgoing, but I'm also very organised and tidy and I definitely commit to do my share of housework. I do not smoke and I don't own pets, and I value respect within the household as the most important thing in a house share. But I do enjoy a good end-of-day chat over a drink or food too!

I've lived in London for over 15 years, and I'm looking for a place to call home in the longer term - a 'grown up' flat that is more than just a place to crash!

I work as a charity fundraiser in NW6 in the arts sector - a job that I adore and makes me work long hours, but keeps me creative and close to art, theatre and culture. I'm originally from Italy though I've lived in a few different countries, so I love good food, good chat and baking. In my spare time you can find me looking through a bookshop, hula hooping in the park, checking out an art gallery or trying my way through London's coffee shops.

I'm looking in North London with close access to a tube station, with a budget of £1000pcm max inc bills.
