Looking for a new place

I’m looking to rent a room or buddy up with like-minded people. I’m a Spanish professional in my late 30s. I’ve been in London for over 10 years and I’m an engineer working at a university in Central London.

About me
I’m relaxed, easy-going and open-minded. At home I’m clean, tidy and organised and always clean as I go. I’m happy to follow a cleaning rota if the flat has one. I’m sociable and spend a lot of my time out and about, but I also enjoy the occasional chat with housemates over a coffee or watching TV

What I’m looking for
A double room in a clean, friendly flat. Ideally the household would have no more than 2 other people, depending on the size of the property. Good wardrobe or storage space is a big plus, and I really appreciate clear, good-quality photos of the room and flat. My budget is up to £950 max.

Move date and location
I’m looking to move by mid-January (but could be the beginning of January). I commute daily to the Temple area, so preferably somewhere in cycling distance (around 40 minutes) or good tube connections are important.
