I am 67 years old, retired,, very quiet, read a lot. I have a small dog. Like to grow things so if there is any space, even for a few herb pots, I would love it. Prefer a washing machine on the premises as I'm not very keen on launderettes. Ticked the en-suite, would be nice but not an absolute.
