Educated Well traveled Greek Cypriot Law Lecturer

Hello,

I am a Greek Cypriot Law Lecturer at starting a new full time job at Roehampton University on the 5th January, looking for an affordable room in the area. I care about low rent, peace and quiet to get my beauty sleep and sometimes work from home, and being able to bring my bicycle inside, as I cycle to work.

I am well educated (LLB, Athens, LLM, UK, MA in Philosophy, USA, PhD in Law, King's College London), very well travelled (53 countries and counting!), very easy going, laid back, smiley, friendly, happy and positive, and respectful of others privacy and boundaries.

I usually wake up at 6 am, leave home before 7 am and return home in the evening with my bicycle. I work hard and save funds for my investment and future, which is why I am interested in most affordable rooms. Cleanliness is important though.

I am very clean, tidy, I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol (I just don't like the taste) but I don't mind being with people who do.

I am athletic and I used to be in the Cyprus National Water Ski Team for 11 years when I was younger, so if you are into sports, happy to have some workout sessions or something. :)
