Whole Property Wanted!!!
Hello,
I am looking for a WHOLE property to rent from a studio up to 2 bedrooms and unfurnished for my daughter and myself. I usually run a business in online retail/ Upholstery and furniture upcycling/ restoration and am qualified in Aromatherapy and Herbalism, Reiki and Feng Shui and am studying Interior Design (online). I will need to claim Housing Benefit for a while as I am recovering from Cancer and am unable to work right now. My top budget is roughly £1300 PCM depending on local LHA for the area. I can pay up to £3000 for deposit etc, and we have a pre-approved Landlord Rent Guarantee and zero deposit insurance with Hel2Rent, who are helping us relocate. We are decent, respectable people and like to live a quiet life. I am a former Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, who has now changed career direction and my daughter is taking a gap year before going to University. I look forward to hearing from you. Please note: I am not interested in flat/house shares as I have a weakened immune system and the property will always have to be ultra clean which will be difficult when sharing with others.
