I'm an easy going guy looking to share with like minded professionals or quiet family.
Ideally looking for a good sized double room, en-suite would be fab', and a garden/outdoor space. All of these points would be nice but I am open to what is available, just most importantly, somewhere that's relaxed and certainly not a party house as I have a young daughter 15 months old who I have over for a few hours on occasion.
Would like nice, clean and considerate house mates, who like to socialise but also happy in their own space as well :-)
Would prefer somewhere with lounge and eat in kitchen if poss', a home rather than somewhere that feels like student digs...
