Room Needed In Peaceful, Laid Back House

Looking for room in a relatively quiet environment, no party animals but friendly none the less. Happy with pets or not, happy to walk your dog, feed your cat and talk to them like they're people when nobody is looking. (I don’t speak to them in a condescending tone unless that’s what they’re into).
Prefer none smoking but it's not a deal breaker if you smoke outside.
An affable house mate happily left to own devices yet moderately sociable, house trained beyond some sort of basic standard, good at recycling (is this considered a skill?), can cook without setting kitchen on fire or leaving a mess, capable of making small talk when appropriate, even medium to high talk if you are prepared to be pretend to be fascinated by environmental issues, soil depletion, comedy and the history of independent record labels. Disclaimer: I will not judge you on any of the above. Unless you ask me to :)
I rarely drink but have no issue with others enjoying a tipple. Booze gives me rosacea, which is lovely. So does chocolate but I still eat it....
I’m a pescatarian after years of being a vegetarian; I’m happy to cook a nice meal with anything in it, doesn’t bother me, or tailor a veg recipe instead.
