Quiet, tidy professional for a friendly home

Hi all.

I'm Stav, 39, a Facilities Management professional originally from Greece, currently based in London and relocating to Manchester in May. I'm looking for somewhere I can genuinely call home, even if only for a month or two to start.

My work is all about taking care of buildings and the people in them, so looking after a space comes naturally. I'm quiet, tidy, and pretty self-sufficient day to day. Fair warning though, my music does get loud when I'm cleaning.

I'm flexible on length. I'm open to a short let while I get settled, or moving straight into something longer term if the fit feels right. I'm also happy to offer a few months' rent upfront if that helps with any concerns about my relocation situation.

I'm an openly gay man and would love to find a household where I can just be myself without it being a thing. LGBT-friendly environments matter to me, though I'm easy to get along with regardless.
