Double, En-Suite Room, Studio or 1-Bed Flat

Simon (33, Northerner/Lancashire) and Henry (31, Malaysian Chinese) looking for a comfortable 1-bed apartment, studio flat or a double en-suite in a house share.

Simon is a Theatre Manager based in Wembley (currently home to Starlight Express) and Henry is a Head of Production based in Goodge Street (mainly producing audio books).

We currently live in a 4-bed house share in Mile End (E1) but the landlord is selling and we need to leave by Sunday 31st May. Willing to move any time in May.

Very flexible on location - ideally no further out than Zone 3 and no more than 45m for each of us to get to work, but otherwise we like a lot of different areas and even the above aren't red lines.

We are non-smokers & fine with pets! Clearly, an LGBT+ or LGBT-friendly household is a must.

Henry is an incredible cook and I can get free theatre tickets! (We come with perks). Both clean, domestic & professional. We are out 2-3 nights a week and neither of us ever works from home, so we won't be around too much.
