Thanks for checking out my ad. I'm Ell, I'm 27 and I'm currently living in Guildford and working in London as a Civil Servant.

My fiance and I are looking to buy a property eventually but we aren't sure on the time-frames. As a result, we'd either like a flat-share or a flat initially just for 3 months - though it may become longer.
y boyfriend is an Engineer and works offshore in Scotland most of the time but when he is around he may be in the home a lot of the day.

Mon-Thurs I am out of the house 7.45am-6.30ish but I often work from home on Fridays.

I enjoy cooking, films, chilling, cocktails, coffee - the usual kinda things that girls tend to like. I play a bit of badminton and tennis (badly) and try to go to the gym when I have some motivation (which doesn't happen that often!). I like to go out every now and again and like getting to know new people and different groups.

I am clean and tidy and respect others and this is quite important to me - I don't really want to go back into a studenty kind of environment but I am not overly obsessive about cleaning. I'd like to think I have the balance right! I'm fairly laid back and get along well with pretty much everyone I meet.
