Professional Male seeks a single or double room

I am a professional male looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from, well now to be honest!

Ideally, I am hoping for a long-term lease on the room/property I am offered.

I have never learned to drive so seeing as I'm about to start work in Dr Grays Hospital I am hoping for somewhere within walking distance, or at least on a good bus route, to and from the Hospital.

What else can I say about myself in a few sentences.. well, first of all, don't let my age fool you, the only thing that gives my age away is the grey hairs. I can still party with the best of them, just not for as long these days!!

I am house-trained and I promise you that I roll up my sleeves and get mucked in when the need arises.

I'm an ex-smoker, but I can assure you I'm not one of those militant anti-smoking ex's, so sharing with someone who smokes is not a problem.

Pets are no problem either, apart from rats. Believe it or not, I am allergic to rat fur/dust, any other furry animal I'm fine with, but I have a very severe allergic reaction to rat fur!

I'm fairly easy-going and although I can be gregarious I do also appreciate some me time.


I have 5 guitars and a Ukelele that also need a home.
