Buddy up for my flat in Central Brixton

Hi,
I'm Jez, I'm a self employed web developer from Manchester, I moved into a lovely place in Brixton with my flat mate and we've been here for about 1 year now. After lockdown he's had to stay up north so looking for a replacement house mate for his double room.

About me:
I'm easy to live with, very social and inclusive, I run a meetup in London for people that are new (which was me a few years ago). I love anything creative, I'm a drummer, guitarist and really enjoy photography. I'm a massive foodie, love going out and exploring new places to eat, I'm vegan but don't mind living with people that aren't, obviously not a problem.

I generally spend most weekdays in central, either in offices or coffeeshops where I work. I enjoy going to crossfit and the gym too, could always do with a gym buddy aha.

I don't really have a regular weekend but since lockdown haven't really gone on many nights out, but rather enjoyed walks in the park and playing football with friends (makes me sound so old, lol)
