After a doubleroom or a buddy to share a flat

I am a 43 y/o professional (I think so anyway), with a full time contract with the Royal Berkshire Hospital, looking for a double room; preferably ensuite. I am a tidy (most of the time) and a quiet (I speak when I want to and need to) person who enjoys coffee, cake and many foods. (oh I have plenty of plants with me too). 😁
I am currently living in the hospital accommodation so I am looking to move in a much homely place. Moving on, I’d like to share with just 1 or 2 others (LGBT friendly). Also, I can be flexible with the monthly budget.

NB: Potential Issues
1. I have plenty of plants.
2. I have a brother (in London) and a partner (fr Liverpool) who comes and see me now and again.
3. I love hanging out with friends for food (not wild party!).
Hence, I am seriously considering a flat for myself or buddy up with 1 other.
