Hi - I am James, 44 yrs old. Originally from Belfast. Been living and working in Brighton for over 2 year now. I work in the charity sector.

I work hard and try to enjoy my weekends. I am a pretty open-minded guy who is happy to do his fair share around the house. Respect others so I feel it should be reciprocated. Like to be honest and up-front with people. On that subject, I am gay. I wouldn't want that to be an issue in some-where I was living.

I am having to leave my current place as my landlord is selling the property. I am looking for a friendly flat/ house share to move into. I would prefer my rent to be around £800 approx. per month (including amenities). I am looking to move in round Preston Park, Seven Dials and the surrounding areas. Hoping to move in early-to-mid May.
