PhD graduate seeking flat/room in Durham

Hello,

I have recently completed a PhD and am looking for a room to share in a house with a clean, friendly and quiet person/people. I am a considerate and reliable individual who has recently completed my doctorate, and have a variety of interests including politics, nature/conservation, local history, walking and photography.
