Hi! My name is Sam, I'm an architect based in Manchester City Centre. Looking for a single or double room, preferably an en-suite. Off-road parking would be a bonus but not a deal-breaker. I'm not a smoker, and when I'm not working I enjoy being outdoors, exploring new places.
