Looking for a 1 bed property

I’m a 34-year-old working professional, looking for a one-bedroom property to live in on my own. I’m tidy, respectful, and take good care of where I live — very much a “treat it like my own home” kind of person.
I do have a small mini schnauzer, Wallace, who would be living with me. She’s very well-behaved, used to flat living, and I can provide a reference from my current landlord for her, which shows she’s calm in the home and doesn’t cause any damage.
Lifestyle-wise, I’m pretty low-key — I work full-time, keep things quiet, and I’m not a party tenant.
