I am a friendly Professional guy. Pretty open minded and into media and Photojournalism as a post graduate mature student having graduated in 2018. I am an ambitious guy so I like to live with positive open minded kind people.

I have been working in Marketing for a major Italian Automotive company for 7 years and for the Home office working in Immigration and Visa's.

Unfortunately, I have to move as my current landlord circumstance has changed and he plans major building works so sadly it is time to move on.

I am seeking a professionally run household with like-minded good spirited friendly people, varied is fine with me.

I am a FANTASTIC Tenant for a Fantastic Landlord. I have a prestigious car and for insurance purposes, I require Off street parking.

I am a happy guy so seek the same with a positive attitude and enjoy good living. I am not into party houses as I work hard and enjoy my chill time. I have fantastic references and guarantor or anything else required so please contact me. I do wish to hear from you if you have a good house for a loyal tenant.

I have a preference for a live out Landlord as a change in a Landlord circumstance has meant I had to move again from a settled home, but I am open if you guarantee a home to a fantastic tenant. I am open to a suitable house with good people and good hygiene practices.

Please - No hidden additional costs. i. e Surprise Parking space charges/ Laundry charges/ other bills not mentioned.

I am a busy guy so I use the laundry once a week or fortnight depends. I drive a nice car so trouble free parking, home facilities, and maintenance are important to me.

I have great references from my current landlord as I am highly respectful, a fun guy to live with, and have total respect for my dwelling.
