I am a postgraduate looking for a spacious room near the University of Exeter or with 15-20 minutes walk away. Close to all shops, bus stations with just 5 minutes walk. Close to Tesco, Sainsbury, Morrison, and all other shops within just 15 minutes walk. I am a clean and tidy girl, looking for tidy new housemates.
