Hello! I’m a 36-year-old professional looking for a flat to rent or sublet in Edinburgh or Leith, available from 24/04/2026. I’ll be relocating from London and am open to both short- and long-term lets while I get settled.
I work from home most days, so I’m very respectful of the space and keep things consistently clean and tidy. I also have a 5-year-old Westie. He’s calm, fully house-trained, and very low-impact (he mostly sleeps!).
My budget is flexible, ideally around £1,100 pcm. I’m happy to provide references.
