Friendly and approachable but appreciative of privacy and space- I will be out during most days as I work out of home.
Weekends mostly away Thursday/ Friday until Monday/ Tuesday so I m not at home much.
Currently my project is aiming for BFI, Scottish independent film funding as it is on two locations.
My rent outlook is 600 to 650 pcm and I have references.
