Mature lady looks for short term house/flat share

I am looking for somewhere peaceful (not a party house) preferably sharing with just one other for a short-term. I have been working in a residential role in a boarding school for many years and am looking to try something new so want to take some time out to explore my options, which will potentially include relocating.

I would like to feel "at home", maybe be able to share a meal on occassion and/or a chat but I am respectful of both mine and others' need for privacy.

I am an honest, considerate and tidy person and will treat your home as I would my own.

I do need a parking spot whether on or off road for my little fiat.
