I am respectful, considerate, and I would prefer a safe and secure place to call home. My character reflects a 'treat your home as if it was mine' mentality and I have been a homeowner in the past myself. So you can be rest-assured I will be responsible and caring of your property.
I enjoy being independent with hobbies and interests that include the outdoors (e. g., hiking, walking or running), architecture, design, economics & current affairs,, travel, culture, and reading.

Shorter or medium term let preferred, at least initially.

Ideally a parking place on a drive or in a private carpark.
