Seeking accommodation near Watford Junction

Hello!

I am seeking accommodation with fellow professionals in Watford - ideally close to either Watford Junction station due to the morning commute for work, or close to Leavesden Studios where I work as a tour-guide. Since spring 2023 I have been living in a houseshare and am seeking a similar kind of living arrangement in the same area.

I am a friendly, easy-going individual who gets on well with others. I am quite sociable, although nine times out of ten I prefer a quiet night in with a good DVD. I am a non-smoker, although obviously I don't mind if my flatmates smoke! I am very meticulous and understand the importance of keeping a tidy house, so am happy to partake in a weekly chore rota.

Due to the nature of my work as a tour-guide, my working-days tend to vary; I might work an early shift one day and a late shift the next, meaning I tend to come and go at various hours from day to day. I often work weekends and my days off are usually during the week itself; to that end, a quieter, calmer living environment would be very much preferable. I don't mind living with animals, providing they are trained and would be very happy to meet any housemates ahead of moving in.
