Looking for a single occupancy room (box room) costing 70 pw or less (excluding bills) in a house/flat share. Can offer a 150 cash deposit.
I would be in receipt of DSS. But I'd have them pay it to me. I have access to enough funds that I can pay you while I wait for the DSS to process my claim and you need never be aware that I am in receipt of DSS. However I am happy to have them pay the rent direct into your account instead if you prefer.
If rented the room, I would treat your property with care.
