1/2 bed annex

Hi! Ideally looking for a self contained 1/2 bed annex in and around Spalding and surrounding villages.

Myself and 1 year old son are in the process of rebuilding following a relationship split (amicable) I’ve bought us back home to Spalding as I’ve grown up here. I am back in full time work with a good salary, previously owned a few houses so your property will be looked after and maintained. We just need a year in rented to get us back on our feet and hopefully in a position to buy again.

Ideally looking for somewhere with a spare annex as it’s usually a nicer setting than a standard rental.

Price negotiable for the right place but as we are rebuilding outgoings are being managed quite closely!

We love the outdoors, happy to maintain gardens etc. ideally looking for May June time to move. Furnished or unfurnished works for us.
