I am a professional individual accompanied by a small spaniel, currently in search of a new living arrangement. As someone who enjoys the outdoors and works remotely, reliable internet is essential for me. Additionally, I require some external storage space for bicycles and other items.

Optimally, a property with at least one additional room or extra space—such as a small house or annexe—would be perfect. A spacious room within a property could also be suitable.
