31 yo easy going Spanish guy looking for a room.

For personal reason I need a new place to live, also right know I don't care, in a period of 4/5 months I would like to bring my dog from Spain, so I could use any house in a max of 6 months or find a pets allowed one and stay there (in that case I can reconsider my budget).

I'm a tidy, easy going and healthy guy, don't smoke, social drinker and into running and fitness.

I'm fluent in English, Italian and, obviously, Spanish, and would love to share house with a German person as I use to know the language but after ages of non using is kind of blurry in my mind, so that would help me to refresh it :)
