Professional male looking for a double room

Hi, I'm looking for a double room in a place with a shared living room. I'm quite busy with work and other interests but appreciate having others around for a chat of an evening and would like to find somewhere I can feel at home in. I'm clean, tidy and respectful and am looking at various areas in the N/NW areas. Ideally, somewhere with car parking and room inside for my bicycle. I love animal, especially cats, so any pets in the household would be a bonus. I can provide references and hope to hear from you if the above sounds like a potential fit. Thanks, Huw
